What if dragons never left?

That’s the haunting question at the heart of The Dragon’s Lair, the upcoming urban fantasy novel by author Sharon Barnes—coming soon, and filled with secrets, shadowy biker clans, and the myth that refuses to die.

Today, I’m thrilled to share something special: a full multimedia experience we’ve been quietly creating behind the scenes—a cinematic book promo, an original track called Whispers in the Flame, and a collection of custom illustrations, all inspired by Sharon’s vivid storytelling.

Lyza has spent her life chasing whispers—secrets left behind by her father, ancient symbols, and unsolved murders tied together by a single dying message:

 “Trust the dragons. Follow the dragons.”

She’s convinced it’s all a myth… until she collides with a stranger in a bookstore.Tattoos shimmer. Shadows shift. A red dragon crest glows beneath leather and flame.

And suddenly, the dragons don’t feel like a story anymore.

🎨 The Visuals

As the cover illustrator and promo designer, I had the honor of visualizing the world Sharon created—bringing Lyza, Trent, and the dragons to life across a series of moody, fiery scenes. Every frame in the promo is handcrafted to mirror the tone of the novel: mysterious, cinematic, and a little dangerous.

From dragon silhouettes in the mist to glowing puzzle boxes, I wanted every moment to feel like a heartbeat caught in flame.

🎵 The Music

Alongside the visuals, I composed an original track titled “Whispers in the Flame” under my artist name pREC.ice.

It’s dark, intense, and emotional—just like Lyza’s journey.

The song was written specifically for this story, echoing the themes of trust, fire, and awakening.You’ll hear it pulsing beneath the promo as the visuals unfold.
